Thirty years ago was when I decided to use my talent as a career and the first drawings I had made prints of was a series of ten drawings of the Vietnam war. It was at a time when this war was still fresh in the minds of American veterans and The Wall in Washington DC had just been made. Growing up with a father who served in Vietnam was why I chose to begin with this series. When I was going through my original art I found these drawings and decided to draw over the originals and make additions to each one by giving them more depth and adding in certain objects to make them complete. In this drawing I added the helicopters at the lower left corner and adding shadow and shape to the emblems for aviation and transportation and more crispness to the edges of the pencil to the whole drawing.

Art has been the one thing that I have enjoyed either for businesses, individuals, or just for the joy of expressing my heart and talent on canvas. One of my greatest opportunities has been working with children both in schools and individually. It is sharing a part of myself that every artist expresses into his art itself.
